STEP 1: GET RID OF YOUR 'COMFORT' CLOTHES
Before we can start to work on becoming the most stylish, confident version of you, we need to work out what your current style says about you and what you'd like your new style to say about you.
We'll identify the items that are actually holding you back; the items that allow you to hide, both physically and mentally from attracting attention to yourself.
We'll look at what items you wear repeatedly simply because it fits/covers up part of your body that you don't like/doesn't require you to think about what to wear with it. I'll also show you the exact steps I use to help clients detox their wardrobes.
STEP 2: STYLE UPGRADE
We'll start to take baby steps to subtly upgrade your style without going too far out of your comfort zone... yet! We'll identify items you wear on a regular basis which have much more stylish alternative that WON'T cause you to break out in a cold sweat. I'll also show you how to get much more wear from items you already own so that you'll feel like you've been on a shopping spree (but it hasn't cost you a single penny). This is the step where we really start to work on your mindset when it comes to fashion and what you wear everyday.
STEP 3: GET THE BASICS RIGHT
The foundation of great style is making sure that you get the basics right. In this step, we'll be paying close attention to items which make up your 'capsule wardrobe' and having a little look at items that you really help you to get the most from your wardrobe.
STEP 4: HOW TO WEAR COLOUR WITH CONFIDENCE
This is where we REALLY start to have some fun with fashion! I'll show you how colour can make you look more youthful AND help make you more creative. I'll also show you how to mix 'n' match colours and, to really show off your fashion credentials, I'll show you how to colour block like a pro... (P.S. it's easier than you probably think)
STEP 5: ALL ABOUT ACCESSORIES
Go from an outfit ZERO to HERO in minutes just by using accessories and transform even the most basic outfit into a winning look. I'll show you how to instantly up your style game by switching up your accessories to create a Pinterest worthy ensemble.
STEP 6: STYLING TIPS 'N' TRICKS
I've worked in the fashion industry for 10 years so I've picked up more than a few styling hacks in that time. I'll share my style secrets to help you be the outfit envy amongst your friends and family in no time at all.
STEP 7: FINISHING TOUCHES
We've nearly ticked all the boxes when it comes to looking your best but we'll look at some finishing touches that you've perhaps overlooked that will truly help you be the most stylish, confident version of you!

Absolutely not! I work with clients of all ages and I actually never even ask what age they are as, for me, style has no age limit.
Do I need to spend a lot of money in order to look stylish/complete this course?
I believe that style is about how you wear something and not specifically about the item you’re wearing. Some of my existing clients love nothing more than a rummage around charity shops. CONFIDENCE is the biggest part of looking stylish; a woman in a £3,000 dress with zero self confidence will never look as good as a woman in a £20 dress who oozes confidence & charisma. Before you buy a single new item, I want you to go through what you already have and, effectively, learn to 'shop' your own wardrobe. I'll show you how to repurpose outfits for different occasions to make you feel like you have LOTS of new clothes. There is a handy 'Shopping List' resource which you can print off and download but this is more for adding basics that you know you'll get so much wear from.
How long will the course take to complete? What is involved?
There is a lot of practical (but hopefully fun/therapeutic) work involved in this course including organising your wardrobe and getting creative with your outfits so it really depends on how big your wardrobe is and how carried away you get playing dress up. There are over 40 separate videos and tutorials with lots of downloadable resources and ebooks to keep you quite busy. You could work through all the videos in the space of a few hours but in order to really work on changing your mindset and implementing the changes in your wardrobe, I'd allow for a couple of months.
Do I need to be a certain size/shape to be stylish?Some trends just don't suit me...
Hell NO! Again, I absolutely believe you can be stylish at any age, shape or size! And you're in luck because we won't even be talking about trends. Anyone can pick up a magazine and find out what 'trends' are in but this course is really about gaining the confidence to wear styles and outfits that you've always wanted to but thought you couldn't pull off.
